Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and support the daily functions of the powder-coating system on the paint line
• Ensure consistent application of high-quality finishes on all parts processed through the line
• Monitor equipment performance and perform routine maintenance to maintain optimal operation
• Inspect finished parts for quality, accuracy, and adherence to specifications
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency
• Follow safety protocols and company policies at all times
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and improve processes

Requirements

Skills and Qualifications:

• Basic knowledge of powder-coating systems or similar finishing processes
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to operate and troubleshoot coating equipment
• Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
• Prior experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights as needed
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced setting

This is a union-represented position within the International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers (IAM), with wages, benefits, and working conditions governed by the collective bargaining agreement.
