We are a moving company that picks up people’s belongings and transports them from one location to another. We are looking for highly motivated movers for our East Dallas / Garland branch. Compensation We pay hourly from clock‑in to clock‑out, every hour. Base pay is $20 per hour during training and $21 per hour as a lead. Tips and performance bonuses increase earnings. Base pay: $20 per hour (training) or $21 per hour (lead). Tips: typically $5–$8 per hour. Performance bonuses: up to $3 per hour once out of training. Last‑minute call‑in bonus: $5 per hour. Overtime: paid on hours over 40. Typical weekly earnings: Lead in Training $26–$28.50 per hour; Lead $28.50–$33.25 per hour. Top performers earn more. Leads are not a dead‑end; there are four promotion tiers ahead. Requirements / Must‑Haves Ability to lift, carry, push and/or pull heavy objects (up to 125 lbs overhead, 200 lbs independently, and 500 lbs with teammates) frequently during an 8+ hour day. 21 years of age. At least two years of personal driving experience with an acceptable driving record (no major violations in the last 3 years). Ability to pass a criminal background check, physical, and drug screen. Excellent customer service skills, interest in learning new things, and motivation to be genuinely helpful. Availability to work at least 3 days a week, preferably Thursday–Sunday. Own reliable transportation (car, motorcycle, or scooter); not a bike or bus pass. Nice-to-Have College degree or current enrollment. Prior moving experience. A friendly pet (optional).
