As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment for employees and visitors. You will provide exceptional customer service, communicate clearly, and respond to security-related concerns with integrity. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $19.07 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeTue02:00 PM - 10:00 PMThur02:00 PM - 10:00 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and notifying appropriate site contacts and/or emergency services as directed. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of production areas, warehouses, shipping and receiving zones, parking areas, and the facility perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns. Monitor access points, verify visitor and contractor authorization, and help maintain orderly entry and exit procedures in accordance with site requirements. Complete required activity logs, incident reports, and shift communications while reporting facility conditions that may require attention. Minimum Requirements: Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
