Salary: $60-$75Hrly

HVAC Installation Technician

We are building one of the strongest HVAC and Electrical teams in the Pacific Northwest. If you take pride in clean installs, clean sheet metal, straight lines, and systems that perform youll fit here.

This is a full-time, hourly, non-exempt position. Pay depends on experience and licensing. We strive to be the highest-paying company in our market for top performers.

Experience Required:
HVAC installation experience. Ongoing training provided.

Physical Requirements:

• Lift 50+ lbs regularly
• Work on your feet, knees, and ladders for extended periods
• Comfortable in attics, crawl spaces, garages, and tight mechanical rooms
• Able to safely drive a company vehicle

What Youll Do

• Remove and replace furnaces, heat pumps, air handlers, and duct systems
• Install equipment to manufacturer specs and company standards
• Perform start-up and system testing
• Ensure clean, organized, professional job sites
• Communicate clearly with homeowners about the work being completed
• Work closely with project managers and field leaders

Some days will exceed 8 hours. We do what it takes to finish strong and finish right.
