Compass Health is seeking a Quality Manager I to partner with clinical and operational leaders to improve quality, compliance, and effectiveness of behavioral health services. The role develops and monitors quality initiatives, supports audits, and drives cross-program improvement to enhance client outcomes and operational excellence.
