Job Opportunity at Reyes HoldingsThis is a fully onsite opportunity supporting the Phoenix, Arizona location.Position Responsibilities:Support of RBG applications, including but not limited to RAS (Route Accounting & Settlement) software, selling & delivery, routing & dispatch, surveys, Print Shop, Citrix, and iPad solutions for various location(s)Support, troubleshoot, and resolve local hardware and network issues related to desktops, laptops, iPads, printers, mobile devices, and A/V equipmentManage and maintain end-user assets, including desktops, laptops, and mobile devices; oversee procurement, setup, troubleshooting, and lifecycle managementWork with IT Service Center and other IT groups to support issues with a high degree of responsiveness; provide efficient escalation of issues where appropriate to IT team membersProvide accurate incident & problem management reporting as required by using IT Service Center ticketing systemOther projects or duties as assignedRequired Education and Experience:Associate's Degree with 0 to 2 years of related experience or High School Diploma/General Education Degree with 3 plus years of specific experiencePreferred Education and Experience:Bachelor's DegreeBenefitsAt the Reyes Family of Businesses, our Total Rewards Strategy prioritizes the holistic well-being of our employees.
