Event & Trade Show Specialist

We are looking for an energetic and resourceful Event & Trade Show Specialist to join our growing marketing team. This role is ideal for a go-getter who thrives in fast-paced, high-energy environments and enjoys working behind the scenes to bring events, trade shows, and brand activations to life. The ideal candidate will support the planning and execution of trade shows, live events, retail activations, and social-first experiences, ensuring smooth operations, strong engagement, and seamless coordination across teams.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and support trade shows, live events, and brand activations, including pre-event planning, on-site execution, and post-event follow-up
• Assist in managing trade show logistics, including booth setup, vendor coordination, shipping, and materials management
• Support live event production, including TikTok Lives and interactive activations, ensuring seamless execution
• Work behind the scenes during events to manage timelines, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth operations
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and creative teams to align event execution with brand strategy and business goals
• Support event communications, including internal coordination, event briefs, and post-event recaps
• Help manage on-site and live audience engagement, ensuring a positive and on-brand experience
• Stay up to date on event trends, live commerce, and experiential marketing to continuously improve activations
• Support additional marketing and event-related initiatives as needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 2+ years of experience in event coordination, trade shows, experiential marketing
• Experience supporting trade show logistics and on-site event execution preferred
• Familiarity with TikTok, live streaming platforms, and social engagement tools
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to stay calm and solution-oriented in fast-paced, live environments
• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours for events and trade shows
• Self-starter with a proactive mindset and strong attention to detail
