About our agency:

I opened my agency in 2002 and currently lead a close-knit team of three. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I gained experience in both insurance claims and the restaurant industry, giving me a unique background in customer service, problem-solving, and working with people. I'm also a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America. Outside of the office, I'm a proud father of two sons and enjoy boating, golfing, and most importantly, having a good time and sharing plenty of laughs.

William Favaro - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
• Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
• Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
• Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
• Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
