Key Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with customers to understand their insurance and financial service needs.
• Assist in building and nurturing relationships with new and existing customers across multiple insurance product lines.
• Support daily office operations including documentation, scheduling, and follow-up to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Participate in local marketing initiatives to raise community awareness of our agency’s services.
• Maintain accurate records and consistently deliver excellent customer service.
• Collaborate closely with team members to meet and exceed office goals.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
• Customer service, business support, or insurance experience preferred.
• Must possess or be able to obtain required New York State insurance licenses.
