You Are:

An expert who excels at defining and implementing innovative, web-based solutions that transform how clients acquire and engage their customers. In this role, you will serve as a trusted thought leader for web content management and digital experience platforms — bridging business strategy and technical execution on large-scale implementations. If driving business and functional requirements across complex, multi-stakeholder programs is where you do your best work, this role is for you.

The Work:
This role will include hands-on delivery of AEM solutions across a range of client engagements. Depending on engagement and phase, this will include:

• Planning and performing analysis of content management activities and functions, and guiding the subsequent design, implementation, or improvement of existing AEM applications.
• Offering recommendations during AEM solution design and execution from a functional perspective to ensure business intent is clearly understood by the project team.
• Serving as the bridge between business teams and technical resources during development and implementation to ensure requirements and dependencies are well understood.
• Providing insights and recommendations around AEM best practices to drive optimal decision making across global digital strategy, platform governance, onboarding of net-new sites, and other essential AEM digital deliverables.
• Maintaining a general understanding of overall application architecture including Author, Publisher, Dispatcher, Load Balancing, CDN, and other security layers.
• Outlining pros and cons of AEM solutions and bringing a forward-thinking approach to both short-term and long-term business use cases.
• Providing oversight across Adobe Assets and Analytics setup, taxonomy, and configurations.
• Driving the framework for Adobe tools to interface and integrate with third-party applications.
• Identifying technical feasibility of requirements while surfacing gaps and raising issues accordingly.
• Serving as functional SME for integration points, workflows, content authoring, run management, platform governance, and documentation deliverables.
• Leading and contributing to the definition of content governance procedures, business requirements, functional designs, and workflows for creating, managing, and publishing web content.
• Assisting with business process redesign, roadmap planning, and identifying touchpoints across multi-channel applications.
• Bringing together the suite of Adobe Marketing Cloud offerings — including Sites, Assets, Analytics, Forms, Campaign, Target, and Magento — to deliver cohesive, connected solutions.
• Mentoring and coaching team members by sharing perspective and knowledge of content management initiatives, and maintaining open dialogue with colleagues and clients.
• Supporting the development of strong client relationships by building trust, rapport, and strong working relationships with key sponsors, stakeholders, and team members.

Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements

What You Need:

• Minimum of 5 years of Adobe full lifecycle implementation experience using various SDLC methodologies
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the tactical deployment or re-launch of WCM (Web Content Management) applications
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience (If an, Associate’s Degree with 6 years of work experience)

Bonus Points If:

• You have experience eliciting high-level business requirements and creating detailed functional specifications, requirement traceability matrices, workflow diagrams, and use cases
• You have a demonstrated ability to lead functional discussions and scoping decisions based on AEM best practices, with proven knowledge of AEM out-of-the-box features and latest capabilities
• You have experience working closely with content authoring teams to set up and assemble AEM Sites and DAM
• You have functional expertise in relevant digital experience platforms such as Adobe AEM, Acquia/Drupal, Episerver, Sitecore, SAP Hybris, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, or Elastic Path
• You have experience collaborating with designers to fulfill UI/UX designs in parallel with front-end and back-end developers
• You have the ability to define and execute content migration plans across complex implementations
• You have experience with multi-lingual and multichannel implementations

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
