Entry-Level Mortgage Phone Support Specialist

United Wholesale Mortgage (UWM) in Pontiac, MI, is looking for a Customer Care Servicing Specialist. You’ll be the primary contact for mortgage clients, handling inbound calls, outbound calls, and emails, while maintaining relationships and guiding clients through servicing questions.
You must have strong customer service, Excel skills, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment; onsite, full-time role with a supportive team and opportunities to grow within the Servicing
