You'll use the skills you already have to help deliver an exceptional client experience while keeping loans moving through the approval process. We'll provide paid training, ongoing support and opportunities to grow every step of the way.

Career growth opportunities include guaranteed pay increases every 6 months during your first 3 years, promotion opportunities available as early as 6 to 9 months based on performance, and eligibility to explore new roles across the company after 9 months in current position.

What We Need From You

Must have qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, comfortable using technology and learning new software, strong communication, attention to detail, and a positive, learning-focused attitude.

Nice to have qualifications include 1+ year of experience in a fast-paced customer service environment such as retail, hospitality, food service, delivery services or warehouse operations, and previous experience with Microsoft 365 tools such as Outlook, Teams, Excel or Word.

What You Will Be Doing

Provide professional phone service to clients and internal teams, enter, review and organize loan information and documents within our systems, and meet daily quality and production goals.
