Behavioral Specialist Needed in School Setting | Near Chicopee, Massachusetts:

Bring your expertise in behavioral analysis to a vibrant school setting, supporting students from kindergarten through 12th grade as a valued Behavior Specialist. You’ll have the chance to work with a diverse caseload of approximately 50-60 students, across a total of four school sites.

Qualifications and Preferred Experience:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential is required
- Experience working collaboratively in school, home, or clinical settings with varied age groups (Pre-K–12)
- Strong communication and consultation skills with teachers, students, and families
- Ability to assess, develop, and implement effective behavior intervention plans
- Flexible and adept at managing a caseload of 50-60 students with diverse behavioral needs

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and provide actionable recommendations
- Develop and monitor individualized behavior intervention strategies
- Collaborate closely with school staff to promote positive student outcomes
- Participate in team meetings, IEP development, and professional training
- Maintain accurate documentation and timely progress reporting
