As a CNA at our facility, you will contribute to delivering high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

About the Role:

As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will work under the supervision of licensed nurses to provide basic care to our residents, including:

• Assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Assisting with mobility and transferring residents
• Maintaining a clean and safe environment for residents
• Providing emotional support and companionship to residents
• Assisting with vital signs, toileting, and incontinence care
• Reporting changes or concerns to licensed nurses

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct care to residents in accordance with their individualized care plans
• Assist with mealtime, including feeding and hydration
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care
• Participate in resident assessments and care planning
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
• Maintain a positive and respectful attitude towards residents, families, and coworkers
