Three maverick farmers started it all — and we’ve been making our own way ever since.The Plant Production Manager will be responsible for leading productions teams in the plant environment. You will coordinate and provide leadership to processing, packaging, and FSQA teams to drive operational excellence. You will also adapt and establish production plans and procedures with production teams to guide plant operations.
