Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries. Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status. Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance. Qualifications Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record of success.
