Product Design Lead: AI Growth & Adoption

Rippling is seeking a Design Lead for Growth to shape how customers adopt AI across the platform. You will drive end-to-end growth design from onboarding to monetization and partner with PMs, data scientists, and engineers to ship measurable improvements. You’ll use LLMs and AI prototyping tools and build scalable growth patterns, while coaching designers and sharing learnings across the org.
