Primary Care Physician - AdventHealth- Primary Care at Southmoor - Denver, CO

AdventHealth Medical Group, Rocky Mountain Region is seeking a Primary Care Physician. AdventHealth Medical Group (AHMG) is a sister organization of AdventHealth with over 600 Physicians and Advanced Practice Providers in 27 individual service lines in Colorado. We have 5 hospitals, 8 freestanding emergency and urgent care centers and 6 ambulatory surgery centers. This aligned model and practice management experience provides the opportunity for the clinicians to focus on the clinical aspects of medicine.

• 27 Primary Clinics conveniently located throughout the Denver Metro Area.
• 5 Hospitals located throughout the Denver Metro
• Collaborative, collegial team that is passionate about providing patient focused care and collaborates well with a robust network of specialists.
• Large internal referral network and ability to build on existing patient
• EPIC- electronic health record system integrated throughout all hospital and practice locations.

Qualifications

• Board Certified/Eligible in Internal or Family Medicine
• New Grads are Ok
• Excellent communication skills
• Team Player with patient-first mindset
• Current, unrestricted full license to practice medicine in Colorado
• Current Colorado DEA Licensure
• Ability to work with, supervise one Advanced practice provider (APN or PA)
• Monday-Friday 8-5 work schedule
• Call requirement 1 to 2 times per year
