As a Front Desk Security Professional at a hotel and resort location, you will create a welcoming presence while monitoring access, greeting guests, and responding to security‑related concerns. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $21.75 / Hour Job Schedule: Wed 10:30 PM - 07:00 AM Thur 10:30 PM - 07:00 AM Fri 10:30 PM - 07:00 AM Sat 10:30 PM - 07:00 AM Sun 10:30 PM - 07:00 AM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to hotel guests, visitors, and staff by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and appropriate emergency response activities. Staff the front desk, greet and direct guests and visitors, verify access as required, and maintain a professional, welcoming presence. Monitor lobby and entrance activity, observe cameras and alarm panels when assigned, and report unusual activity or maintenance concerns to appropriate personnel. Respond to incidents, guest concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, following established site procedures. Maintain accurate visitor, key, package, and incident records in accordance with site‑specific requirements. Minimum Requirements: Have at least two years of security‑related experience. Access control and badge experience is preferred. CPR and First Aid certification is preferred. A guard card or license is preferred. Be comfortable using a computer or tablet. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
