Job Description

Degree in Radiologic Technology, Certification in Radiologic Technology (ARRT Certification), and minimum 1+ years Radiology Tech experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Schedule/Hours:

• 3 x 12-hour night shifts
• 7:00 p.m. – 7:15 a.m.

Essential Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of recent X-Ray experience in a hospital environment (excluding clinical rotations)
• Active ARRT certification
• Valid Texas Radiology license
• Current BLS (AHA)
• Professionalism and adaptability in fast-paced healthcare settings

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct high-quality radiologic imaging exams following physician orders and established protocols
• Accurately position patients and apply critical thinking to ensure patient comfort and imaging clarity
• Collaborate efficiently with radiologists, nurses, and physicians
• Adhere strictly to safety standards and infection control procedures
• Document imaging procedures and patient data accurately using EMR systems
• Maintain a calming, compassionate demeanor with patients and families
