Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $21.75 / Hour Job Schedule: Wed: 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM Thur: 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM Fri: 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM What You’ll Do: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by following site‑specific procedures and supporting access control activities at a corporate technology location. Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner and document security‑related concerns according to site protocols. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout offices, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity and report issues. Monitor entry points, badge activity, and/or visitor processing to help support authorized access and communicate relevant information to site contacts. Assist with emergency response activities, evacuation support, and/or building notifications as appropriate for the location and post assignment. Minimum Requirements: A current guard card and/or license is preferred. Experience with access control and badge systems is preferred. CPR certification is preferred. Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
