Prepare, monitor, and manage the annual budget process Collaborate with North American team members across Logistics, Sales, and Operations to ensure seamless financial operations Implement and monitor new accounting procedures, driving process improvements Oversee project accounting including job cost reporting WIP analysis, and risk identification Manage intercompany & technical accounting, including accruals and manufacturing costing Mentor and develop accounting staff, fostering a high-performing team environment Required skillsDegree in Accounting or equivalentMinimum of 5 years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership experienceStrong knowledge of tax regulations and US GAAPAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting systemsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a solution-oriented mindsetGlobal perspective on financial mandates and business operationsExcellent interpersonal, communication, and team leadership skillsCPA certification – considered a strong asset.Good organizational skillsProficiency with computersThoroughPunctualDo these words spark your interest?Accounting, management, leadership, strategic planning, controls, auditIf you are ready to take on this challenge, please bring your drive, ambition, and talent, and let’s partner together!
