Director, Development
International Fresh Produce Association
Director Of Development
The Foundation for Fresh Produce (The Foundation) is a global philanthropic nonprofit dedicated to growing a healthier world by changing the trajectory of human health. With ambitious goals to become an influential, global foundation, The Foundation advances fruit and vegetable consumption as a cornerstone of improved health, equity, and long-term demand.
The Director of Development is responsible for driving philanthropic revenue growth that enables the Foundation's programs and Theory of Change to scale. This is a results-oriented leadership role focused on execution, opportunity expansion, and sustained revenue generation across institutional philanthropy, major donors, and aligned corporate partners.

This role requires poise, professionalism, tenacity, and persistence—balancing long-term partnership building with a clear expectation of results.
