Esta posición requiere no solo experiencia práctica de paisajismo, también requiere la habilidad de dirigir y motivar a un equipo. Supervisar y liderar un equipo Operar de manera segura camioneta y tráiler de la empresa Hacer recorte, borde, soplar las superficies Podar arbustos y mantener camas de flores Aplicar mantillo (mulch) y retirar hojas Entrenar miembros del equipo y mantener calidad Comunicarse profesionalmente con supervisores y clientes Asistir con limpieza de nieve en el invierno ¡No se despide! Lo Que Buscamos Experiencia comercial en mantenimiento de paisajismo Experiencia supervisando un equipo Licencia de conducir válida con buen historial de manejo (Con menos de 4 puntos, por los requisitos del seguro) Capacidad de ser cubierto por seguro de autos Capacidad para operar camiones con o sin remolque Capacidad para operar de manera segura equipo de corte, herramientas mecánicas y equipo de remoción de nieve Sólida ética de trabajo, confiabilidad y habilidades de liderazgo ¡Ser bilingüe en inglés y español es una ventaja!
