We are seeking part-time and full-time cooks at The Skinny Pancake in the Burlington International Airport (BTV) who are passionate about local food, working as a team, and contributing to three busy restaurants. Hospitality is a team sport, so cooks can expect to spend time spinning crepes, dishwashing, and doing prep to ensure clean, smooth operations and happy guests. Cook compensation includes a competitive base wage plus a back-of-house revenue share split amongst staff (varies based on business volume and shift). This position has a base rate of $18-$22/hour plus an average RevShare of $5/hour . When we're busier, your pay goes up!
