Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist at Vitality Restore, your responsibilities will include:

• Managing a diverse caseload of patients, conducting thorough assessments to establish their individual therapeutic needs.
• Developing and implementing personalized care plans in coordination with physicians and the patient care team to ensure comprehensive treatment.
• Delivering direct therapeutic interventions through hands-on techniques and progressive exercises, tailored to each patient's rehabilitation goals.
• Educating patients, families, and caregivers on effective therapeutic exercises and the use of adaptive equipment for home-based rehabilitation.
• Prioritizing and managing daily caseload requirements to ensure optimal patient flow and team collaboration for a seamless care experience.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will primarily work with a diverse patient population, including adults recovering from orthopedic surgeries and pediatric patients needing rehabilitation support. You will encounter various conditions, all requiring unique therapeutic approaches to foster recovery and enhance physical capacity. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy; a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree is strongly preferred.
• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Virginia.
• Possession of Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification within 30 days of hire.
• A strong commitment to patient care and continuous improvement.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to facilitate effective communication with patients, families, and colleagues.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a physical therapy setting is preferred, demonstrating a strong foundation in both adult and pediatric rehabilitation.

Compensation and Benefits
