Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist at Saber Rehabilitation, your responsibilities will include:

• Directing physical therapy treatment plans focused on preventing disabilities, relieving pain, and restoring functionality based on each patient's individual needs.
• Overseeing and guiding physical therapy assistants to ensure proper implementation of treatment plans and adherence to best practices.
• Conducting thorough evaluations of patients' functional capabilities through advanced diagnostic musculoskeletal and neurological assessments.
• Providing in-office and home-based physical therapy services as prescribed by a physician, adapting treatment strategies as necessary to optimize patient outcomes.
• Administering therapeutic exercises, performing manual therapy techniques, and employing physical modalities such as traction and massage to facilitate recovery.
• Developing and continuously updating care plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams, ensuring a holistic approach to rehabilitation.
• Monitoring patients' progress and modifying treatment plans based on their responses to therapy.
• Participating in case conferences and contributing to the overall treatment strategies for patients alongside other healthcare professionals.
• Documenting all clinical activities, evaluations, and treatment outcomes meticulously in electronic records, complying with legal and professional standards.

Qualifications
