Property Manager II

Oversee daily operations of affordable housing communities Manage property operations, budgets, and policies Ensure compliance with HUD, LIHTC, and related programs Oversee leasing, marketing, rent collection, and occupancy Address resident concerns and coordinate move-ins and move-outs Supervise, train, and evaluate on-site staff Oversee maintenance, inspections, and safety standards Prepare and submit required compliance reports Ensure Fair Housing compliance, accurate waiting lists, and organized tenant files Maintain strong MOR and REAC inspection outcomes Requirements Bachelor’s degree preferred 2 or more years of affordable housing property management experience CPM or ARM certification preferred Strong knowledge of housing regulations Leadership and communication skills Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Valid driver’s license Ability to meet National Church Residences’ motor policy Ability to ensure Fair Housing compliance, accurate waiting lists, organized tenant files, and strong MOR and REAC inspection outcomes Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in affordable housing property management, ensuring compliance with HUD and LIHTC regulations while effectively overseeing operations, budgets, and staff.
