As a Progressive Care Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive care to hemodynamically stable or predictably unstable patients. You will work with a diverse patient population, including post-operative surgical patients, those requiring pre and post PCI care, and individuals with conditions such as CHF, COPD, DKA, and more. Your role will involve:

• Providing physical, emotional, spiritual, and cultural support to patients
• Operating advanced medical equipment and managing patients with central lines, chest tubes, and other complex needs
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective patient care and outcomes
• Acting as a clinical leader and preceptor for staff
• Managing medication, including IV medications such as Heparin, Diltiazem, and Amiodarone

Requirements for this role include:

• Current State of Montana RN Licensure
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certification (or obtained within 6 months of hire)
• Experience with advanced nursing principles and procedures
• Ability to interpret basic cardiac telemetry and EKG
• Need 1 year experience in setting
