Kids First ABA ServicesKids First is seeking compassionate and motivated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide in-person, in-home ABA services in Anchorage, Alaska.If you're not currently an RBT—no problem! We offer the training to help you become certified.Position OverviewRBTs work 1:1 with clients to implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA. Services focus on building communication, social, adaptive, and daily living skills while reducing challenging behaviors.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide 1:1 ABA services in home-based settingsImplement BCBA-designed treatment plans and programsCollect accurate data using electronic data collection systemsCommunicate regularly with supervising BCBASupport parent training and clinical activities as assignedMaintain RBT certification and follow BACB ethical guidelinesAdhere to HIPAA and company policiesTravel between client homes as neededQualificationsHigh school diploma or GEDRBT certification or willingness to obtain (paid training provided)Experience working with children ages 3–18 (preferred but not required)Ability to travel to client homesStrong communication and professionalismPhysical ability to meet job demands (lifting, stairs, etc.)CentralReach experience is a plusCPR certification (preferred but not required)
