Accounting Analyst

Accounting Analyst (Bilingual Korean required)\n\nTimpl has partnered with a multinational Energy Solutions company in hiring a\nbilingual Korean Accounting Specialist who will work closely with FP&A, Internal\nControls, Treasury teams, and other cross-functional partners to support\nproduction and sales regarding the financial performance of the company. The\nrole will dig into complex datasets to analyze trends and translate them into\nactionable insights for continuous process/profitability improvements.\n\nMain Responsibilities:\n\n * Support corporate audits and the external auditor testing\n * Oversee all journal entries, accounting, reconciliations, and month-end\n closing activities\n * Assist in month-end procedures and produce accurate & timely reports.\n * Responsible for month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close for assigned\n functional areas\n * Establish standard product costing drivers to be integrated into the SAP\n system; streamline and optimize methods\n * Perform inventory control measures to be analyzed and optimized\n * Assist in half year-end and year-end additional procedures; include physical\n inventory\n * Work with the FP&A team for consolidation and reporting of actuals\n * Serve as accounting subject matter expert on a variety of cross-functional\n activities\n * Prepare ad hoc analysis and report as directed or projects as assigned\n\nQualifications:\n\n * Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration\n * 1~4 years of experience in corporate finance and/or financial analysis\n * Advanced MS Excel skills\n * Strong analytical, financial modeling, and reporting skills\n * Bilingual in English and Korean required\n * SAP experience preferred
