Duties & Responsibilities:
- Greets visitors and directs them to appropriate personnel or offices.
- Answers and routes incoming calls.
- Maintains visitor logs and ensures proper sign-in procedures.
- Provides general information and assistance to visitors and staff.
- Supports administrative functions as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- Professional demeanor and communication skills
- Ability to manage multi-line phone systems
- Organizational skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to handle high-traffic environments
Minimum/General Experience:
- 1 to 3 years of related experience
Minimum Education:
- High School diploma (or equivalent)
