Physical Therapist - School Setting in Stratford, CT

Qualifications & Experience:

• Active state licensure as a Physical Therapist
• Previous experience in school-based physical therapy preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Flexibility to provide services across multiple campuses as needed

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to identify student needs and develop tailored intervention plans
• Deliver direct therapy services to students from diverse backgrounds and abilities
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and Individualized Education Program (IEP) teams
• Document progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with district and regulatory requirements
• Educate school staff and families on best practices and carryover activities
• Adapt strategies and interventions to support students in the classroom and school environment

Pay ranges from $98 to $105 per hour, providing a competitive package for your expertise and commitment.
