We are looking for an L1 Deskside support professional to provide first-level technical support for the Emerson Houston location. Key Responsibilities: Provide L1 technical support and troubleshoot user issues. Monitor and resolve incidents and service requests. Perform basic hardware, software, and network troubleshooting. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate support teams. Maintain proper documentation and follow IT support processes. Required Skills: Experience in L1/Desktop Support or Service Desk support. Good knowledge of Windows, hardware, software, and basic networking. Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
