About The Role As a CBRE Regional Account Manager, you will oversee a small to medium-sized team responsible for delivering all client commitments. This is part of the Operations Management job function. They coordinate staff functions and operations that support the organization’s goals and strategies. What You’ll Do Provide formal supervision to employees, monitor training and development, conduct performance evaluations and coaching, oversee recruitment and hiring. Coordinate and manage the team's daily activities, establish work schedules, assign tasks, cross‑train staff, set and track deadlines, mentor and coach as needed. Consult with sales professionals to define project requirements, investigate approaches, inform organization of risks, and implement action plans. Assist with coordination of resources for projects and build strategic operational plans. Manage sales and relationships with small to medium clients, identify new sales opportunities and improvements within existing accounts. Monitor service level performance and present findings to senior management. Prioritize open issues and tasks, work closely with internal and client cross‑functional teams, and serve as a point of contact for systems and processes for projects. Manage client and project team expectations regarding scope, responsibilities, daily performance, and ongoing delivery against contractual obligations. Lead by example and model behaviors consistent with CBRE RISE values, and influence parties of shared interests to reach agreement. Apply knowledge of own discipline and integration with others to achieve team and departmental objectives. Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve day‑to‑day and moderately complex issues in existing systems and processes. What You’ll Need Bachelor’s Degree preferred with 3‑5 years of relevant experience; or a combination of experience and education will be considered. Experience in staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring, appraising, and rewarding performance and retention preferred. Ability to guide the exchange of sensitive, complicated, and difficult information, convey performance expectations, and handle problems. Leadership skills to motivate team for enhancing quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of the job discipline and department. In‑depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.). Extensive organizational skills and a strong inquisitive mindset. Benefits CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including educational, training, and experience background. The minimum salary for the Regional Facilities Manager position is $92,000 annually (or $44.23 per hour) and the maximum is $110,000 annually (or $52.88 per hour). The compensation offered will depend on skill, qualifications and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program.
