Job Summary
The organization is seeking a CT Technologist for a contract position in the Radiology department. The position involves performing basic computed tomography (CT) scanning in a high-volume, fast-paced environment with high acuity patient care. The role requires the ability to work efficiently on GE CT scanners and function effectively across multiple shift schedules.

Job Details

• Position: CT Technologist Radiology
• Certifications: ARRT, BLS Certification; Must have or be in the process of obtaining an Illinois license
• Education: Must have at least 1 year of experience in CT imaging
• Shift Schedule: 12-hour shifts, including options of night and day shifts, with a minimum of 36 hours per week
• Experience: Level 1 trauma experience, previous travel experience, proficient in starting IVs, and capable of working in a high-volume, high-acuity setting
• Department Specific Equipment: GE CT scanners (5 units)
• Responsibilities: Perform basic CT scans, adapt to varied shift schedules, and work independently in a dynamic environment
• Additional Info: Must be able to function in a fast-paced environment with high patient volumes and acuity; no call or holidays required, but open to optional weekends and holidays
• Submission Requirements: Last four digits of SSN, confirmation of active Illinois license or ongoing application, understanding of OSF policies, and willingness to adhere to drug-free campus policies
