As a Systems Reliability and Support Specialist Sr within PNC's Site Reliability Center organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA or Birmingham, AL. Responsibility Areas:ATM Application & Server Infrastructure Reliability-Maintain uptime and performance for the ATM ecosystem, including server‑side applications, APIs, Windows servers, and SQL/Oracle databases.-Monitor and troubleshoot production issues using tools like Dynatrace, performing root‑cause analysis and implementing fixes.Patch Management, Configuration, and Vendor Integration-Deploy and validate vendor patches, updates, and configuration changes across ATM and backend systems.-Install and maintain system certificates and ensure secure, compliant configuration across the ATM network.PNC is an in-office company that fosters a supportive culture where employees can thrive and achieve balance. Conducts root cause analysis and correction resulting in prevention.Monitors systems availability, performance, and capacity against baseline metrics and reports trends.
