• Experience: At least 2 years nursing experience with MS oncology and inpatient hematology/oncology

What You'll Do:

• Provide specialized infusion and chemotherapy care to adult leukemia and hematology patients
• Monitor patient vital signs, blood products, and IV therapy with a focus on infection prevention and fall prevention protocols
• Use Telemetry and interpret dysrhythmias for patient safety
• Manage central lines, PICC lines, and peripheral IVs
• Collaborate with rapid response teams for emergent patient needs
• Document care accurately in EPIC electronic health records
• Support high patient acuity with staffing ratios aiming for 1:4 or 1:5

What You Need:

• Active Ohio RN License
• BLS, ACLS, and ONS Chemo Certification (required)
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience, including inpatient hematology and oncology
• Strong Telemetry skills and experience with IV and blood product management
• Ability to follow infection control and patient safety protocols
