- Tour prospective residents and showcase apartment homes and community amenities
- Build relationships with prospects and convert leads into leases
- Follow up with prospects through phone, email, and text communications
- Assist with resident retention and renewal efforts
- Support community marketing and outreach initiatives
- Maintain accurate leasing and resident records
- Deliver exceptional customer service to residents, prospects, and guests

- Sales, leasing, hospitality, retail, or customer-facing experience preferred

- Bilingual Fluency (English/Spanish) a plus!
- Valid Driver's License and insured operable vehicle (Mileage Reimbursement offered)
