Foster Care Case Manager: Youth & Family Advocate

Together For Youth is seeking a Family Specialist to coordinate a comprehensive case management plan for youth and families in foster care, ensuring safety, permanency and well-being. The role includes assessments, treatment planning, home visits, and collaboration with care teams. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; a Master’s is preferred.
