Product Manager

Owning the complete product lifecycle for a portfolio of baby gear, the full-time remote Product Manager will lead new product development and line extensions from concept through launch, ensuring alignment with customer needs and company quality standards. Key responsibilities Manage the full product lifecycle, from concept and discovery to launch and sunsetting, for both hero products and accessories Synthesize consumer insights and market trends to inform product development and roadmap planning Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering and marketing, to translate product vision into executable specifications Required qualifications 4+ years of experience managing the lifecycle of a physical consumer product, including work with international manufacturing partners Strong understanding of consumer needs and the ability to advocate for product excellence throughout development Proven ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, including engineering and marketing teams Experience managing external contractors or freelancers and integrating their work into broader product strategies Commercial fluency with a solid grasp of cost, margin, and product positioning
