Onsite Corporate Concierge with Passion and/or Experience in Marketing & Communications

Location:  North Dallas 
Schedule: Full-Time | Hourly, Non-Exempt
Pay Rate: Annualized earnings of approximately $41,600–$44,990, based on a full-time schedule. This is a full-time, non-exempt (hourly) position eligible for quarterly bonuses and incentive programs.($20.00-$21.63 hourly)

We are seeking a polished, creative, and service-oriented professional to support a leading technology industry client. This position combines personalized corporate concierge services with marketing, communication, and employee engagement responsibilities.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys providing exceptional customer service, and has a talent for creating clear, engaging, and visually appealing communications. This role work primarily onsite and is not a hybrid or remote position.

 

As a Corporate Concierge, you will provide personalized concierge services while helping promote available programs, experience, events, and merchandise, and resources to employees. You will collaborate with the concierge team, client stakeholders, vendors, and other partners to create communications that are informative, engaging and aligned with the overall employee experience. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide personalized concierge assistance and recommendations based on individual employee and client needs.
• Research local restaurants, attractions, entertainment, events, services, and unique experiences.
• Assist with event and celebration planning by researching venues, vendors, dining, entertainment, and experiences for conferences, VIP events, engagements, weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, date nights, private parties, and other special occasions.
• Provide personal shopping assistance, including researching and sourcing gifts, specialty items, and personalized recommendations.
• Provide gift-wrapping services and assist with the preparation and presentation of gifts for special occasions, employee programs, and client initiatives.
• Maintain strong relationships with local vendors and service providers and monitor concierge requests through completion.
• Support the sale of attraction tickets, experiences, and employee merchandise as needed.

Marketing and Communication:

• Develop and distribute employee-facing communications promoting concierge services, upcoming events, ticket opportunities, merchandise, travel resources, and other available programs.
• Create and edit newsletters, brochures, flyers, presentations, digital signage, promotional materials, and other marketing collateral.
• Maintain a consistent and professional voice, appearance, and brand presence across concierge communications.
• Develop promotional campaigns designed to increase employee awareness, engagement, and utilization of available concierge services.
• Assist with the marketing and promotion of employee events, ticket opportunities, seasonal programs, and special initiatives.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal partners to gather accurate information, imagery, pricing, deadlines, and promotional details.
• Help identify new opportunities to promote services and improve employee engagement based on feedback, request trends, and program participation.
• Maintain communications calendars and assist with planning content around holidays, seasonal activities, local events, and employee programs.
• Proofread and review communication for accuracy, clarity, professionalism, and brand consistency prior to distribution.
• Collaborate with team members and client’s stakeholders to support special projects, workplace events, and employee experience initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Hospitality, Public Relations, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Two or more years of experience in marketing, communications, concierge services, hospitality, customer service, or a related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong proofreading and attention to detail.
• Experience developing newsletter, promotional materials, presentations, digital communications, or marketing collateral.
• Strong creative judgement with the ability to communicate information in an engaging and visually appealing way.
• Exceptional customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, communications, and client requests simultaneously.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Canva
• Experience with Salesforce, Air Table, CRM systems, or content management tools
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
• Professional demeanor and ability to appropriately handle confidential or sensitive information.
