Associate Manager

Summary The Associate Manager supports the General Manager in driving store performance and executing strategic plans to ensure a profitable business. This role helps lead the team, maintain brand standards, and deliver an exceptional customer experience while overseeing day-to-day store operations. The Associate Manager also contributes to client development, talent growth, and inventory control. Responsibilities Support the General Manager in analyzing business trends and executing strategic initiatives for the store Educate and coach the team on sales and profit performance tools and resources Create and maintain a consistent customer experience aligned to brand expectations Assist in client development strategy and lead community outreach in the market Execute talent strategy, including recruitment, coaching, and ongoing development Manage store processes and execution, including inventory control and shrink goals Champion new selling technologies and omnichannel initiatives to drive results Requirements College degree or equivalent a plus Retail management or similar experience in a complex, high-volume specialty environment preferred Strong communication skills with customers and store personnel Ability to stand, move and walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and occasional travel Proven track record of building positive customer and team relationships and strong planning/prioritization skills #J-18808-Ljbffr brobstongroup.com - Jobboard
