Meadowbrook has been an established company since 1932, when founder Fred Weir Sr. opened his restaurant to provide all the missing elements in our world today. He desires a place where people and families can get away from the troubles that this world may bring, and design a place that gave every person who walked through the doors a sense of belonging and hope that they matter.

We strive to create positive memories for all our guests. Management roles at Zaxby's are responsible for leading dining room and kitchen functions while motivating the team to deliver an excellent and genuine guest experience. We are looking for motivated individuals with prior leadership experience or a desire to step into leadership to learn from us! No experience needed, we will train you with the right motivation! Complete training provided, flexible scheduling and performance based increases based upon training. 

Essential duties may include, but are not limited to the following:

• Strive to enhance our guest experiences at every opportunity by satisfying and exceeding guest expectations.
• Supports the General Manager and Assistant General Manager in the use of all systems and training programs.
• Responsible for providing crew members with appropriate training.
• Oversee all FOH and BOH operations in compliance with ZFI and Zax, Inc. standards.
• Control cost by maintaining operational standards, proper truck ordering/receiving and inventory control.
• Provide leadership by generating excitement, enthusiasm, a positive mental attitude and commitment toward company objectives.
• Responsible for holding and storing all food items to follow food safety guidelines & company standards.
• Generates additional sales by suggesting additional menu items to the guest.
• Responsible for cleaning and maintaining equipment to company standards.
• Ensure all training and certification processes are in place and 100% compliant.
