Job Title Integrated into the Collaborative Usage Office (BUC) and more specifically in the unified communications and contact center engineering division, as an expert engineer in unified communications, you will ensure the monitoring and optimization of ToIP infrastructures as part of the progressive implementation of TOIP. You must carry out the following missions: Designing Unified Communications Solutions Identifying user needs in terms of tools but also in terms of incident management follow-up to enable them to have the right information at the right time. Designing and integrating new solutions. Ensuring the interface between internal and external teams (integrators). Providing technical and functional expertise on the telecommunications networks part during the implementation of information system infrastructure projects or during the launch of cross-functional projects. Studying technical choices and optimizing costs (VoIP,...). Carrying out technical documentation (DAT, schematics,...). Technological Watch Ensuring technological watch to maintain the effectiveness of the solutions. Proposing technical investments, questioning suppliers, attending presentations. Support to users and maintenance. Intervening as an expert with network administrators to help them in case of breakdowns or difficulties (2nd or 3rd level support). Updating infrastructures to maintain them at an editor/manufacturer level of maintenance. Auditing infrastructures during malfunctions, implementing solutions to ensure continued operational conditions. Following up on procedures put in place during breakdowns and malfunctions. Writing documentation for support. Ensuring the Technical Interface Between the Ministry of Justice Interlocutors and Integrators By conducting follow-up meetings, By measuring performance, service quality, and security, By verifying the degree of optimization of equipment, By providing technical expertise to the Inter-Regional Technical Departments (DIT). You will be hierarchically attached to the head of the unified communications division, who is themselves attached to the head of the collaborative usage office (BUC). Profile Sought You have a global knowledge of information systems and have a cross-functional experience of the infrastructures of information technology (exploitation/production, network technologies,...) and significant experience of Alcatel (VAA, 8770, Dispatch console), Audiocodes, and Kurmi technologies related to unified communications infrastructures and solutions (telephony, fax,...). You also have knowledge in the field of security techniques and solutions (SSI). Your skills: Administrative: Writing skills (reports, summaries, specifications) ; Designing and conducting a project, a process, a study, ….
