Job Title: Nurse Manager II Profession: RN Specialty: Emergency Room (ER) - Critical Need Duration: 14 weeks Shift: 12 hours Hours per Shift: 07:00 PM to 07:30 AM Experience: Minimum of 1 year recent full-time equivalent experience within the last 3 years. License: Registered Nurse License in the state where care is provided. Certifications: Basic Life Support, Advanced Cardiac Life Support, Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course or Pediatric Advanced Life Support within 6 months of hire. Must-Have: - Graduated from an accredited nursing program. Description: The Nurse Manager II will be responsible for overseeing the Emergency Room unit. The role requires a demonstrated ability to recognize and interpret cardiac dysrhythmias. ACLS and PALS certification are required for this position. A Bachelor's degree in nursing or a related field is preferred. CEN and TNCC certifications are also preferred. The Nurse Manager will ensure high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.
