Technical Producer

Responsibilities Lead the full cycle of event production: sell, design, contract, and execute. Develop technical design solutions (lighting, audio, video, staging) in collaboration with our production team, clients, venues, and other partners. Design events, write proposals, secure contracts, and maintain strong client relationships. Act as the primary client contact and project manager across internal teams. Nurture new clients from Strangers to Family. Qualifications A love for producing live events from first meeting through the last cue. Ability to imagine creative ideas from the clients vision. Understand how to turn those creative ideas into reality with strong technical knowledge of lighting, audio, video, and staging. Excellent client-facing communication and project management skills; someone our client's will enjoy working with on their highest stakes projects. Comfort with both sales (designing amazing ideas, writing captivating proposals, closing exciting business) and production (running events end-to-end in tandem with our production team).
