This role requires a strong customer-first focus, with responsibility for developing hardware and software tools that simplify product adoption, improve ease of use, and enhance the overall customer experience.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESSupport design-win (DWIN) efforts for new products by developing application solutions.Develop demos and present at trade shows to expand customer engagement and strengthen industry networks.Support the Electrical Engineering Forum by providing solutions to complex customer application challenges.Create user guides, test procedures, and evaluation boards (EVBs) to support new product launches.Develop application notes that clearly communicate product value propositions and ease customer adoption.Perform competitor analysis and bench testing to compare product performance and positioning.Build a strong understanding of customer needs across consumer, industrial, and automotive markets to deliver effective application solutions.Develop application notes and reference designs to support future design-win opportunities.JOB REQUIREMENTSBachelor’s/Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering.Minimum of 5 years of relevant industry experience.Solid technical background with deep understanding of analog ICs and the challenges customers may encounter when designing them into applications.Strong customer-facing communication and relationship-building skills.Excellent presentation and technical writing skillsStrong time management and prioritization skills.Proven analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.Proficiency in debugging, validating, and demonstrating solutions using standard lab equipment.Ability to work effectively in a global and cross-functionalenvironment.Familiarity with Altium Designer and Oxygen, preferredFlexible to travel 15% of the timeNexperia is an Equal Opportunity Employer that does not discriminate on the basis of actual or perceived race, color, creed, religion, national origin, ancestry, citizenship status, age, sex or gender (including pregnancy, childbirth and pregnancy-related conditions), gender identity or expression (including transgender status), sexual orientation, marital status, military service and veteran status, physical or mental disability, genetic information, or any other characteristic protected by applicable federal, state or local laws and ordinances.
