Job Location: Vishay Electro Films is located in the beautiful ocean state of Rhode Island in the city of Warwick. There are 92 employees across three shifts working at our 57,000 sq. ft. facility of manufacturing space. This role is an on-site position.

What You Will Be Doing

• Approves finished products by confirming specifications.
• Enter all pertinent information required into production logs.
• Conduct AQL visual inspection using a microscope.
• Apply customer & internal specifications to determine quality of product.
• Documents inspection results by completing reports and logs.
• Maintains the work area and equipment in a clean, orderly condition and follows prescribed safety regulations.
• Ability to read and interpret internal process instructions.

What You Will Bring Along

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent hand eye coordination and finger dexterity required.
• Demonstrated experience handling small and fragile parts.
• Must have a continuous improvement attitude and strong attention to details.
• Previous experience working in a production/manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Detail oriented, self-motivated with a strong sense of personal ownership and a team attitude.
