On-Site Property Maintenance Supervisor

RPM Living is seeking an Assistant Maintenance Manager to maintain and enhance the value of a residential community. You will assume Maintenance Manager duties when needed, coordinating emergencies, completing work orders within 24–48 hours, and documenting activities for residents and supervisors. You will troubleshoot HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool, flooring, carpentry, drywall, and exterior tasks, perform sheetrock repairs, and ensure OSHA compliance. #J-18808-Ljbffr
